What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day free trial of CAP Basic with no credit card required, so you can fully evaluate CAP before purchasing. Once a paid license is activated, all sales are final. Limited exceptions may apply for technical failures, accidental duplicate purchases, or payment errors — see Section 10 of our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I get started with CasinoAutoPlay?
Download the app from our Download page, install it, and launch the application. When you open CAP for the first time, you'll register with your email and password to start your free 14-day trial. The balance isn't being read correctly. What should I do?
First, ensure the detection box is positioned correctly over the balance display. The balance should be clearly visible and not cut off. Try adjusting the box size or repositioning it. If issues persist, contact support and we'll help you resolve it.
Can I use this on Mac or Linux?
CasinoAutoPlay currently only supports Windows 10 or later (64-bit). Mac and Linux versions are not available at this time.
How do I activate my license after purchasing?
License activation is automatic. After purchasing, your account will be automatically upgraded within minutes. Just close and reopen CAP, and your license will be active. No manual activation required.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
It depends on your tier. Basic: Single device only. If you log in on a different computer, you'll be automatically logged out of the first device with a notification. Standard: Up to 2 devices simultaneously. Pro: Up to 10 devices simultaneously. All tiers include cloud profile sync for easy switching between your devices.
Does this work on mobile?
No. The CasinoAutoPlay slots auto clicker is desktop software only. It requires a Windows computer and works with websites accessed through a web browser.
