This policy explains what information SmartClicker Automations Ltd, trading as CasinoAutoPlay ("we", "us", "our"), collects when you use our website at casinoautoplay.com (the "Site") and the CasinoAutoPlay desktop software (the "Software"), why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
SmartClicker Automations Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16999383, and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact us by email at support@casinoautoplay.com.
When you create an account we collect your email address and password, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and your marketing preference. Your password is stored only in protected (hashed) form by our authentication provider; we never see or store it in readable form. We do not collect your name.
We also hold records connected to your account: your free trial and licence status, tier, and start and end dates.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are collected directly by Stripe on its own secure pages; we never receive or store your card number. We hold records of your purchases and subscription status, and reference identifiers that let us match your account to Stripe's records. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
If you take part in our referral scheme, we hold your personal referral code and a record of each referral: who referred whom, when the referred person signed up and purchased, and the status of the reward.
If you created your account through someone's referral link, that person can see a partially masked version of your email address (for example, j***@example.com) and the status of the referral, such as whether a purchase has been made. They never see your full email address or any other account details.
When you request a referral payout, you provide a PayPal email address. We use it only to make that payout: it is included in the payout request emails but is not stored in our database. Records of referral rewards and payouts are financial records and are kept as described in section 8.
When you log in to the Software, we collect a device identifier (a one-way code derived from your device's hardware characteristics), your device's name and operating system, and login and session times. We use this to keep your account secure, to apply the concurrent device limit of your licence tier, and to prevent abuse of our free trial.
When you use the Site, our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the Site running.
The Software may also send us basic diagnostic information, such as error and performance details, so we can find and fix problems.
If you contact us, we keep the correspondence and the details you include in it so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
UK data protection law requires us to have a legal basis for using your personal data. We use your information as follows:
If you opt in to marketing, we will send you occasional emails about our own products, services and offers, and sometimes offers from partners that we think will genuinely interest you. These emails always come from us: we never sell your email address, and we never share it with partners or anyone else for their own marketing.
You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, through your account, or by emailing support@casinoautoplay.com. Opting out does not affect service emails we need to send you, such as receipts, renewal reminders and changes to our terms.
The Software reads your on-screen balance using image recognition. To improve the accuracy of balance reading, where the Software is not fully confident in a balance reading it may upload a small, anonymised image of the balance area you selected. These images contain only the balance figure as displayed on your screen and are used solely to improve our balance recognition.
These images are collected in a truly anonymous form. They contain and are stored with:
Because these images are anonymous and cannot be linked to you, they are not personal data, and we retain them indefinitely to keep improving the Service.
We share personal data only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf, and only to the extent needed for them to do so:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms or protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or restructuring, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Our service providers may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy decisions or approved standard contractual protections.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If your account is closed, we keep associated personal data for up to 24 months, so we can prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce our terms, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Two exceptions apply. Financial and transaction records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Device identifiers used to prevent free trial abuse may be kept for as long as needed for that purpose, so that closing an account cannot be used to obtain repeat free trials.
Anonymous training images (section 5) are not personal data and are kept indefinitely.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed password storage, and access controls on our systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to use providers who do the same.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@casinoautoplay.com from the address on your account. We will respond in accordance with data protection law. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve your concern directly first.
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary for the Site to work: your browser's local storage keeps you logged in to your account. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data belonging to someone under 18, we will close the account and delete the data. If you believe this has happened, contact us at support@casinoautoplay.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change to how we use your personal data, we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect.
Questions about this policy or your data should go to support@casinoautoplay.com.
